Who we are
A small Townsville builder, and that is the point.
Nathan holds the licence, prices the work and runs the sites. We have an in house team of carpenters who produce the bulk of the work, backed by a trusted network of subcontractors, so you get the same faces on your property from start to finish.
What we do
Two things, done properly.
We build custom new homes and we take on large renovations. Everything else that might sit under those, kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor living, comes with the job rather than being sold separately.
Custom New Homes
A home drawn around how you live and how the block actually sits.
A custom home should suit the block it stands on and the people who will live in it. We start with orientation, breeze, slope and outlook, then work the plan around those before anything is drawn in detail.
Large Renovations
Whole home work where walls move, levels change and services get replaced.
Renovation is the harder discipline. You are working with what is already there, and a house rarely gives up its secrets until the linings come off. What matters is that the surprises get found early, priced honestly and communicated straight away.

You should never have to wonder how your build is going.
Every project runs through Buildertrend, the construction management platform we use to keep you in the loop from the first day on site to handover.
You get your own login. Rather than waiting for a phone call or wondering how the week went, you can open the app and see where your build is up to whenever you want.
